During his tenure, he spearheaded Selmer’s digital transformation, implementing strategic technologies that significantly improved client engagement and service delivery. His legal expertise at Selmer included IT contracts, technology licensing, and data protection, while his leadership of cross-functional teams ensured the seamless integration of legal and technical solutions. Additionally, Dan played a pivotal role in developing a national e-voting solution as a project leader for a Norwegian ministry, showcasing his ability to manage complex technology projects within highly regulated environments.
