Mille L Garmann began her career as a junior professional tennis player at the Rafa Nadal Academy, competing internationally and representing Norway as part of the national Bruttotropp. In 2019, she was Norway’s highest-ranked international player.
Pivoting into the corporate world, Mille has developed experience in investment analysis, corporate structuring, and business strategy. Having spent her early days at Panorama Investments and TempusFugit, she gained exposure to M&A processes, asset valuation, and debt-financed investments. She has worked on various projects, with her experience spanning from assessing investment opportunities and capital-raising efforts to supporting transactions and contributing to overall business development. Alongside her investment roles, she is a published researcher and has been involved in marketing and strategic growth initiatives for smaller startups, helping refine their market positioning and approach.
At Saga, Mille works in corporate development, focusing on strategic and financial planning, as well as partnerships, ensuring the company has the necessary resources for growth. She played a key role in structuring the joint venture that formed Saga and now works to ensure that Saga, as a developer of legal AI and technology solutions, has a strong foundation to support law firms in adopting AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency and adaptability in the legal sector.
Education & Memberships
Mille holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, ranked first in her class, and was named Outstanding Student of the Year. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Economics and Predictive Data Analysis at the same institution. Additionally, she has completed a Python Specialization from the University of Michigan. Mille also serves as a Board Member at TempusFugit.
