This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Saga AI Microsoft Word Add-in (the "Add-in"), provided by Saga International B.V. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Add-in, you agree to the terms below.
The Add-in is a component of our main offering, the Saga AI platform(the "Platform"). It is designed to work exclusively with thePlatform and requires an active, authenticated user account to function. TheAdd-in will not work on a standalone basis.
Your right to use the Add-in and the Platform is governed by a separate service agreement between us and your employer or the organization you are a part of (the "Organization").
All terms related to service levels, data processing, privacy, confidentiality, and subscription details are exclusively handled in the service agreement between us and your Organization. For any questions regarding these matters, please contact the designated administrator within your Organization.
You agree to use the Add-in solely for its intended purpose and as instructed by your Organization. You must also comply with any of your Organisation's internal policies and guidelines regarding the use of the Add-in and the Platform.
To protect our intellectual property, you cannot:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Add-in.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Add-in.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Add-in to any third party.
• Use the Add-in for any unlawful purpose.
Your right to use this Add-in will terminate automatically if the service agreement between us and your Organization is terminated, or if your Organization revokes your access. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Add-in.
This Add-in is provided "as-is." Any warranties,representations, or liabilities are addressed in the service agreement betweenus and your Organization. We have no direct liability to you, the end-user.
This EULA is governed by the same laws stipulated in the serviceagreement between us and your Organisation.
